Rock climbing, as the name suggests, is a sport which includes the participants climbing up a natural or an artificial rock. The aim is to reach the decided end point without falling down. It is basically a test for the climbers? physical and mental strength. One has to be physically strong, mentally stable to balance himself/herself and should also possess enduring power.
