We?re looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, target-driven B2B sales professional to join our small team and head up sales for the company. In addition to selling our full suite of ?off-the-shelf? products and services you will have a proven ability to think outside the box to recognise and seize potential new opportunities and to create new solutions for our clients.
As this is a pivotal role with the company you must have a strong history of success in media sales, a passion for online media, and a keen interest in ? and at the very minimum a basic understanding of ? environmental sustainability and how it relates to the business world.
Minimum required experience (to be discussed in detail at interview):
- Online advertising sales for a B2B portal
- Selling creative marketing solutions & integrated marketing bundles
- Production of high quality sales proposals
- Client account management & development
- Managing business development campaigns
- Use of a CRM system for sales administration
- Sales reporting
- Proven ability to consistently hit sales targets
The following experience and talents would also be very useful:
- Events industry (workshops/conferences)
- Commissioned editorial sales
- Selling and managing research projects
- Web development strategy
- Production of company marketing collaterals, for example media kits
- Managing team members
- Asian languages other than English
- Previous Sales Director or BDD experience
You must be well organised, have excellent written and spoken English, a relaxed phone manner, solid PC & internet skills, and a sharp eye for detail. You must have a positive and engaging manner to fit in as a key member of our small, friendly team.
