After a massive rush on the tickets which saw all available tickets sold out for the badminton event of the 2012 London Olympic Games, a spokesperson for LOCOG hinted that there would probably be a chance that more tickets will be available at a later stage for fans.
?After the first round of ticket sales for London 2012, badminton was one of the sports where demand exceeded supply and there were no more tickets available in the second round.? However as we progress our venue plans across all sports, there will be contingency tickets which will be made available.? Details of these will be announced in due course,? said a spokesperson for LOCOG.
